Some of you guys may have connections to someone with one of these discontinued pieces. All eight of my intake runners have cracks or missing material along the intake gasket groves from a port job that got too thin. I think the best route to go would be a replacement rather than repair. I've already called KB who stated they haven't had any of those parts for at least four years. The base kit from KB would have been for a C5 Corvette but also was sold as a truck or LS1 tuner kit. If you have any leads to someone that may have one, I would surely appreciate it.

Or can you post pics of the cracks. I'm sure if you have cracks another one would have cracks. If not, I assume they would be happening soon. I'm wondering if there was a design flaw that could be corrected.

The upper plate/intercooler sandwich the lower tub with the intake manifold to head bolt pattern on the sides with two additional bosses for bolts in front and back.

So I did a little digging and it appears each company makes there lower tub specific to there set up.
I wonder who cast there lower tub?
I wonder if that place still has the molds or possibly a left over sitting around?
I wonder if Kenne Bell would be willing to share a print or some data to have one made out of billet?

If KB is willing to share that information, I will have to get someone higher up the ladder. The guy I spoke to earlier in the week was very quick to tell me "no" or "don't know" for every question I asked.

Not exactly high demand So I don't see why not. Although you may need to talk to some one else other than they guy you spoke to.
Other alternative would be to have some one digitize the one you have.
