Whats a good IN# TQ Wrench?

Looking for a good IN pound tq wrench. I don't want the best, but I don't want the worst either.
Any of them you guys would recommend?
Looking for one that reads from 0-150 or 0-200in lbs in a 3/8 dr or 1/4in drive.

I got SO's digital FT-# wrench and LOVE IT, if you can swing for the money get the SO in-# wrench. You need the TECH1FR240 cost oyu about 150 on ebay but well worth it IMO.
