10-30 Valvoline High Mileage Synthetic Blend.

Stops the oil burning and queited the lifter noise I had with runing 5-30.

5w30 Amsoil Heavy Duty diesel oil. Its suitable for gas or diesel engines and contains a ton of Zinc.
