I am no expert. I know the NP/NV cases a lot more than I know any of the Borgs, and even then.... I only know enough to get in trouble
Looks good from here tho. Going from 65e to 80e means you need swap from 27 to 32 spline. You do not need the 29, but keep in mind the 29 spline is like 2.5" in diameter. It's massive. Classic case of spline count =/= OD

In my case I have a 4x4 6L80 so that would be the 32 spline. Meaning. I should be able to swap to a t-case input gear with 32. Which I believe is out of a Hybrid truck technically (at least based on my short amount of time researching. We will be upgrading the internals to 90e to include the extra clutch packs and likely the heavy duty baskets. But the output will remain at 32 spline.
FWIW I Just bought this 07NBS truck in Nov 2021 as a replacement for my K2xx Denali. Immediately started a laundry list of mods. Been a few years since I have been in a GMT900. Having to re-learn and remember a lot.
