I'd still love to have a rear slider. Although I am thinking that a GMT-900 rear slider would be a better fit for a GMT-800. You could probably use a sunroof switch and wire it in and make it look 100% factory.

going to leak water no matter what. Just like your side doors and sunroofs never 100% water tight.

I think the answer to your question is there is a pan that you install and drill a hole into your floor so the water drains out

Also I am considering just installing a GMT-900 slider instead of the Titan. I feel like that’s a bit easier.

The Titan is the **** in a regular cab. Tundra even more so. I just can’t deal with a leak.

You just need to drain it properly. It won't leak everywhere if you do it right

I have had my truck out in the rain storms lately. It is draining as it as it should. I ran the inspection camera down into the pan and there isn't any standing water in there.

First two pictures is the pan I got from SIEMPRETUMBADO.

The last two pictures is the pan that I had made.

1 can of 5504g Primer
1 can of GC800 Glass Cleaner
2x Primer Applicators
4x Single-sided Razorblades
15 ft of the t108 molding (should be 2.5x what you need)
Instructions and tips on how to properly replace the glass (not the inner regulator portion but the actual bond to the vehicle and prep work.)

only thing you’ll need is a good ratio caulking gun, not a cheap one because you’ll never push this urethane by hand with a low ratio geared gun, I use electric guns for work.

Can send it anywhere in the US. $30 plus shipping usps priority flat rate.

Sir, can you contact me about this kit please, it won't let me message since I'm new to the board I'd assume. Please and thanks!!!
