Default Stock Wiring is a MESS

Has anyone found a way to clean up the wiring without having to cut, lengthen, and resolder the harness!!! I hate the big roll of wires sitting on the top of the intake

Denali engine cover. It would be practical to lengthen the harness to get it out of the way and even then it will always be in the way of something else. I would think a 3 piece engine cover would be easier/cleaner. After all, I can't see it from my house.

the plug wires are oem, i dont see aftermarket helping since they are so short and big!!!
dirt track - im going to see what i can do with them like maybe going straight back to the brake booster then under it and across the firewall. i'll probably have to splice every dang one of them!!
I have deleted the EVAP and plan to swap to the LS6 PCV system. I just want it cleaned up. Can i delete the charcol(?spelling?) canister????

Deleting the EVAP stuff may give you problems with the gas nozzle turning off while fueling, not allowing the gas tank to fill, not to mention EVAP codes and an incomplete EVAP monitor (although the codes can be handled with tuning software I believe)
