Default seatbelt

anyone have a problem with thier seatbelts locking up during normal operation?

mine does it all the time, drivers side only

Seatbelts are covered under a seperate warranty. Go to the dealership and they will likely have a look at them and do whatever is nessicary to fix them.

Yea, mine suck...especially when you pull up to a stop and want to lean forward to see oncoming traffic They're supposed to lock up under extreme conditions, but they seem too sensitive to me. Funny thing is, at first, my truck didn't do that, but I had to bring it to the dealer for a recall that replaced the seatbelts with new, redesigned ones...

no they lock up when i'm jsut sitting there and then they wont let me move w/o unbuckleing my belt

I've gotten used to tugging on mine prior to a stop to give me more room to lean forward...I pull the belt downward, not forward, and it usually comes out. I know that they're designed to lock for safety, I just wish that they wouldn't lock so easily.
