Default PLX Sensor Module Install?

Just bought a PLX Wideband and OBD II w/ a DM-100 Gauge.... Where is the best location to mount the Sensor Module.. That's the "box" part of the setup, thinking that they may be small enough to hide behind the center console, or would it be better under the hood?

I kinda just stashed mine right by the fuse panel that you access when you open the driver door. There was a little "shelf" there that I velcro'd it to. Check it out in your truck.

Mine is stuck to the HVAC housing above and to the left of the blower motor on my 95. It was the perfect location, just enough length in wire to put the gauge in the overhead console and had a couple feet extra of 02 sensor harness that is tucked under the carpet and exits under the truck through the shift cable grommet.

I have mine underneath the cupholders of my center console. If I need access to it I just pull the cup holders out and voila.

hmmm, under the cupholders is where I was thinking too, might have to check out the "shelf" by the fuse panel.

I just put in a console so I didn't have that option before. I think its a pretty good idea though.
