Shorties are a piece of cake. Unbolt the exhaust manifolds and bolt up the headers. Should take 2-3 hours.

Have fun with those flanges man. Get some liquid wrench and eat your weaties. I couldnt get mine off so i cut them off. Steroids might be another alternative.

we install longtubes in a camaro Z28 and broke 5 of the 6 bolts off the stock manifolds and stripped the 6th so we had to unbolt them and lower them to where we could cut the pipe high enough to be able to ease the manifolds out. it was hella fun but the whole process took 14 hours and the y-pipe didnt fit afterwards
yeah it looks easy but be prepared for a bunch of little problems that will make it take a lot longer. we spend an hour and a half just trying to get the last bolt on one of the manifolds off.
