Never been big on the avalanches honeslty.

just picked this up this evening. 2007 3.0l turbo diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. Needs a few little things here and there but I love how it drives. Brakes are awesome on it and it out corners my Escalade even being 100% stock and I can feel the front struts aren’t at 100%. Plan on doing a 3.5/3” lift on it. Some jk wrangler 18’s with 32” tires and probably addco sway bars on it. For power I wanna delete the dpf, egr, build an intake and charge pipes/ larger front mount and tune it. Guys are saying you can pick up a solid 3-4 mpg from tuning it along with +80whp.

the body on it is extremely clean and straight. I’ve noted 3 small flaws on the whole truck so far and they are are very minute. Gotta spend some time buffing it out and detailing it and get some parts ordered up for it.

Well I happen to like that body style when done up for mild trails and off roading. The 3.0 is pretty rare if I remember correctly.

Yeah they only made them for 2 years. This truck is incredibly straight. I was wow’d when I went to go look at it because something off Craigslist is either you get there and it’s beat to **** or you get there and it drives like it’s falling apart. The body is more straight then the 2014 srt8 Jeep I test drove a few days ago.

I got a 3.5” front 3” rear lift coming for it. Picking up some 18” jk wrangler wheels for it today with 255/70/18 (32.1” tires) and gonna spend a little time fixing the few issues it has. It’s throwing a u0106 code for lost communication to the glow plug control module. Found that the ground wire for that is a common failure and looked at the ground wire last night and it’s pretty corroded so I’m gonna solder on a new terminal, sand the contact points and hope for the best. Overall I’m very happy with the body and how it drives just needs to be detailed out and some love put into it.

Not really. I got the 91 s10 to fill that void. I wanted something I could hop in and drive to take the wife and dog hiking or go to the hot springs in once this quarantine bs is over. Tuned they can make like 240ish to the tire and 400 torque.

I was just joking anyway. That plenty of power for a weekend getaway 4x4.
