Pump, runs perfectly fine out on the bench. I have ran it 5 different times, not one funky noise coming from it.. Smoother and as quiet as can be. I am about stumped on this.. I don't what the prob could be. I put my finger over the the discharge side, it build pressure like a ****... What could it be ???? I am about disgusted with it...

because it is. My thoughts on your problem is your intank pump is alot larger than your inline. Your inline cant keep up with your intank pump and is causing excess stress and pressure on your intank when running because it cannot flow as much at the same psi.

this is what ive been thinking all along. its like having a plugged fuel filter, which can cause a pump to fail
