i didnt read all your threads on your fuel pump install. but is it run off factory wiring or off a relay. id use a 10-12 gauge wire, preferably 10. was it just an all of a sudden drop? or just at high rpm? it could be possible that the 255 might have been a restriction to it and caused it to go out. im seem this on stock vehicles with plugged filters, they would still run, but would whine and not make enough pressure. i know its not the same situation but im just givin ideas and tryin to collect info. i really dont see why you regulator would fail unless the higher pressure might some how let more bypass but i dont think thats the problem since its makin noises

Hey man I app the help... It is run off a relay and all the good stuff.. It is very poss that the smaller inline pump may have restricted it, pos hurt it. My thing is it runs wide open(the pump) all the time.. But only wines in the tank. Like I said ima try it in a bucket tom, see if it makes all kinda noise.. If not i will stick it back in, if it **** up, there sending me a new pump

John I wonder if the sock is laying on the bottom of the tank and restricting the inlet?.
I did the dual walbros and measured to be sure because the way the bucket moves.
Also are you tapping into battery supply with your 10ga wire from the relay?

Yes it is ran the right way. The sock has a spacer plate built into it, so it can be set firm against the bottom of the tank...

So I installed it back in the tank, the fukin thing still makes the noise, the FP is dropping at 4800, I don't have a clue, other then the pump being bad, but it just doesn't make sense why it builds enough pressure to push my finger off of it....So back out it will come again..Needles to say I am getting a lil pissed off.. Any body want to buy a truck... No really????
