Default Found this part in oil drain pan after oil change today

I changed oil in my 2008 Yukon Denali 6.2L VVT today and I found this plastic part (not the penny) in the drain pan after the oil change, does anybody know what this is or where it came from, can I drive the truck at all, should I take it to the dealer. HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT THIS IS. Sorry for the HUGE pics.

I have no clue. I would not necessarily ask the dealership unless it is under warranty. Some one here will have to know. Dealership is like buying a lottery ticket unless it is a major thing which either way someone here will know.

Yes its still under warranty but I'm just not 100% sure it came out of the engine, its possible it was laying in my drain pan before I drained the oil, but I'm 90% sure the drain pan was clear, clean and empty of anything at all.

i think that was probably already in your drain pain. it looks way to big to come out of the drain.
