It should work just fine as long as you install the matching ’05 up calipers as well, beings that’s what the caliper brackets were designed for.

What he said.

Since my truck had the older 12.x" brakes, I upgraded with the newer 13" rotors, pads and calipers. The caliper mounting holes and lug patern stayed the same so as long as you upgrade all three, theres no reason it shouldnt work.

Several years ago I installed SSBC (Quick change) calipers on my '05 Escalade and used some off them to change with the ones on the C3.
I can't remember if the brackets match , if I hear what you say is right then they don't fit ?

If you have not done hydro boost conversion it is a much much better mod than eradispeed. I learned the hard way.

I had a 99 rcsb with bear 15" brakes and stainless braided lines. My 2004 2500hd ccsb with stock brakes would stop better than the much lighter 99 rcsb with 14" rotors front and rear. Hydroboost was that much better. Hydroboost and big brakes would be really good. I don't much like bear brakes though. two expensive for replacement rotors and you shouldn't turn them. With hindsight I'd go with SSBC brakes.
