Default dodge srt10 markup

well i normally dont double look at dodge parking lots, but as i drove by today i did and thats because, i saw 3 srt-10's, 1 silver and 2 reds.. so when the night got here, me and tiburon drove on up there to check them out.. really nice truck and all..
but wow the price is not cool, they wanted 67988 for them..

it didnt show a normal price, but isint that like a 20k markup???

That's a **** load of money for a truck! I can't believe they would even ask that much for one of them.

I bet they sit on the lot for a while.

Dealer mark up is rediculous .... both trucks i have driven were purchased for 42-45K. The owners were just not going to pay BS dealer pricing and from what they said it really wasnt that hard to convince them to sell @ near sticker.

As far as sitting ... the local Dodge dealership here has sold 5 in th past month and a half.

damn. the type of person that would pay that much for that truck would know jack **** about trucks. probably some rich guy who would drive it once in a while and never take it to the track. kind of like the typical business man that would buy the SSR. saw one on the road for the 1st time earlier this week. looked like an older guy with money. i got alot more truck with my purchase for about 10k cheaper

well there are people that will pay 10K over sticker on the new C6 - it will just happen. the infamous 03 cobra, guys were picking up for 29K new and stickered for 36K - some dealers are selling 04s over sticker. see what i mean? there are MANY dealers out there that will sell that viper truck for sticker. it isnt limited production

I think those trucks are over priced, yes they do have a viper engine a look nice in their own kind of way. But, still its only a dodge truck an over priced one.

Some dealers are just rediculous, I test drove an 03 cobra just after I got my silverado and It was marked up 5k I told the guy i would buy it if i paid sticker price for it and he said they couldn't do it. I wasn't going to anyway but just the fact of the matter. The dodge dealer in Gainesville has to be the most rediculous dealer i have ever seen, stopped by the other day to look at a couple duallies. Price# 1: 33,000 sticker price, below that it has dealer added options: pinstriping, vent visors, mudflaps, nerf bars, and one of those plastic bug guards for your hood. Dealer installed options= $4100 total price $37100. It is the most rediculous dealership I have ever seen by far, I need to take some pictures of the stickers on these trucks because its pretty damn funny.

that same dealership in gainesville has been screwing kids for years. when i went there in the mid 90s they wre doing that. they were a solid 3-4K higher than most good dealerships. there are too many good dealerships out there willing to sell at invoice to even bother with retards.
