I think it will but you would probably need to get one of this Lingenfelter TRG-002 58x-24x Crank Sensor Trigger Conversion Module - Lingenfelter Performance

I THINK , NOT 100% SURE

correct, the Knock Sensors, and cam sensor are also in different locations. There are harnesses available for these.

LMK, We are a Lingenfelter Distributor.

you dont need the cam sensor harness, that 58x to 24x conversion box has a long enough cam sensor harness to run it to the front of the motor. the knock sensor harness can be cut and extended for little money or spend the 55.00 on a extension harness, your choice.

there is a ton of info already on this site about what is needed to run in a gen3 motor.

I woulndnt buy another harness when nothing is wrong with yours.

Buy the 58x to 24x conversion module, cut and solder the knock sensor wires, drill the side of the block close to the current knock sensor hole *leave the oem holes alone so you can go back to a 07+ gmt900 truck if you want* slap in a z06 cam, 7.425" pushrods, an get the idler relocator kit to run your truck acc on the LS3.

Before you do any of the above mentioned, you better have your self a built l80e trans ready to go in, a good center section and gears.. Just saying
