I am about ready to swap a stock 6.2 besides a cold air intake and headers and then due a tune in to my wife's 07 Tahoe will the 4l60 be fine. I don't want to swap the trans on hers if not will a 6.0 be better.

 

The transmission is always going to be your weak link.

They dont handle the 5.3 power well and the 6.2's extra power can make it die quicker. But if you drive like a grandma every day, it will last a long time.
