Yea, I definitely blew my diet out of the water yesterday.You could probably find a flywheel holder at the ToolWarehouse.com, or MaxTool...(can't remember if it's .com or .net). Some guys use a prybar wedged against the ground with the prying end wedged between two of the flywheel teeth, I used a big nylon strap wrench that I bought at a local tool warehouse, and wedged it against the ground/frame when necessary.
