Bed Creaking

Ever since I did the 4 link/ rear airbag conversion, I have been noticing more and more creaking out of the bed area. Best I can tell, there must be movement at the mount points between the frame and the bed. Tomorrow I'm going to get under the truck and hit the bolts with an impact wrench to tighten them up to see if that helps.
I'm posting this though to see if anyone else has experienced creaking out of their truck. My truck has 125K mile on it.
Side questions: How does one remove the rubber vibration isolators between the body and the frame? I would like to remove and replace them with solid (I would machine up aluminum) spacers to get rid of flex here.

I checked the 6 bolts on the truck with an impact wrench. 4 of the 6 bolts were TIGHT (didn't budge a bit) and 2 only turned about 3/4 of a turn tighter. I also removed the frame-to-cab straps that everyone complains about. The creaking seems reduced, but still there. Any ideas?
Still wondering about the rubber isolators. Anyone know how these come off?

It is, but that noise is from road transmission into the frame and in some cases (in the event you use cheep rod end) rod ends pounding. This is actually in the bed/frame. I can get on the bumper and jump up and down causing creaking.

Have done that already. It seems like the noise is coming from the bed-to-frame mounts. The noise is far from shocks/springs/4-link rod ends/any suspension parts.
Oddest thing is it comes and goes. Seems nosiest with temp extremes (ie: hot/middle of the day or cold/night time).
