Default a/c problems

After I did the 6.0 swap and turn on my a/c the drivers side will get cold then hot right away. It didn't do it with the 5.3. Any suggestions.

The actuators in the dash may be out of sync, sometimes it happens after disconnecting the battery. Search this section for "blend door actuator" or "re-park procedure" and you should find something to set you in the right direction
