mine is going on 2yrs and have had zero issues!! txsilverado's and mine are the truck/hp series, and I know a few other friends that have ordered one exactly like mine and theirs are still running great,,,, but for the piece of mind, I would upgrade to the HP series if I was you.... the HP series is suppose to be a very strong converter even for towing, I towed a 16ft lowboy when I was moving out 3weeks ago and I didnt have an issue at all...

Well its too late for me to upgrade since its already shipped. but I don't do any towing so hopefully I will be fine.

The performance 3600 I had was pretty much junk. Way too loose for my taste and burnt up really quick. Now the high performance 3200 was great feeling and its still going strong.

well if my perfomance 3200 goes bad then I'll see if John will let me upgrade to a high-performance 3200.

There might be a small fee depending on what you already paid.. the HP ones are a little more expensive than the peformance I believe. Mine was $675 shipped and I just send John the MO about a week ago

I did get him to stop the first converter and upgrade me to the truck series. it'll be here tomorrow but too bad my tranny from ZZebes isn't here yet so I could put them both in before I go to the track sunday.
