The factory ones 99-04. Bear Brakes also has a kit.
Be fore warned that you may need a porpotion valve on drum brake equiped trucks beacuse drum shoes need more pressure then disc callipers to apply...

I just swapped to an axle that already has disc brakes. The braking is so much better and I didn't change the valve. Parking brake blows though....

There is no individule Valve. Pressure is controlled at the ABS pump manifold.

I Helped some one do the swap on an 06 crew cab V-max and the rears were nearly locking up under hard brakeing condition. A Gm Dealer Won't flash the ABS unit because of Liabilty. After talking with some people in the Brake industry the solution was to install an after market porportioning valve that can be manualy adjusted.

Glad to See your swap went well. Its worth it In my opinon Too! I have an 00 Wich was 4 wheel disc from the factory. I am going to upgrade to 05- up Larger fronts, add hydro boost and run the twin piston calipers off an SUV in the rear.

i am running the hydroboost with 05 fronts and suv rears...stops great and a vastly improved pedal feel. best bang for the buck by far.

I have a set of slightly used 13'' EBC slotted and dimpled rotors and calipers for sale if anyone is interested.
