it is possible and easy. I have done the swap myself and it was pretty simple, just need to spend about 500 bucks to do it.

You need a 34" radiator, a set of factory e-fans, a harness, an extra set of radiator bolts, and a PCM tune to turn the fan feature on if you have the fans controlled by the PCM. My grand total was about $500 like BlownChevy said. The swap itself is very easy and straightforward. The hardest thing for me was dealing with all of the coolant that didn't come out when I drained the radiator. Made a big ole mess on the garage floor.

thunder550 pretty much summed it up, it's a piece of cake. You also have to trim back the rubber flaps along the sides of the radiator to accomodate the bigger radiator...takes 5 mins. Also, if you have a K&N FIPK you'll have to modify the heat shield for fitment with the 34" rad.

Just get some LS1 fans and a harness from Allen Nelson. Fuckload cheaper and work just as good.

Does anyone have the P/N for the rubber flaps for the 05 34" radiator? or any of the 34" rad trucks like the 2500's?
