For a vortec 350??? Like 1998 and older? I think so, let me do some research on this. I'll get back to ya. These heads will wakeup a 350!! These heads, a good intake and cam.........=HP.

NO. They will fit the block but not the intake. You need to get heads that fit the stock intake too.
