I put together this motor and was going to install it on my 1999 30th anniversary trans am this week but decided i need to sell both motor and car. I purchased almost everything but the shortblock brand new from Texas Speed (still have receipt). The 6.0L LQ9 was stock out of a 2003 Silverado SS in great condition. Here is the list:
2003 stock 364 c.i. 6.0L LQ9 shortblock w/50k miles
*New TSP/Comp Cams 224/228 581/.588 114+3
*New LS2 heavy duty timing chain
*New L92 oil pump with LQ9 spring
*New LS7 lifters
*New GM 3L MLS 6.0L head gaskets
*New stock 243 LS6 Corvette heads
*New PRC .660" lift dual springs, titanium retainers, spring seats, seals
*New TSP 7.400" chromoly hardened pushrods
*New ARP 3609 hex head bolts
Longblock will include cam position sensor, crank position sensor, new GM knock sensors, knock sensor harness, new coolant crossover tube and plugs, valley cover, valve covers, rocker arms, pedestals, rear cover, front cover, and autometer water temp sending unit on heads for autometer short sweep water temp gauges.
$2,600 obo
(red stuff is assembly lube not trans fluid lol)
