Manifold comes just how you see it. Ports & runners been ported by West Coast Cylinder Heads & fully polished on the outside with all edelbrock badging/lines removed & clear coated for low maintenance. Also hardware has been changed out from the cheap junk edelbrock provides to all stainless allen bolts, washers & nuts. There is a light scratch as seen in pics 8 & 9 on the #8 runner/last runner on passenger side from when someone at the shop picked it up by the fuel rail that was loose & bolt grazed it because the allens were hand tight. What are the details of your truck, model & year? Pretty sure you heads are cathedral port & if so yes, but you will need to get fittings/hose to retrofit to your return less fuel line.
