when you say black top cap does that mean just the stock black textured cap that goes on the bumper?

is that a "smooth" white bumper cap? was originally smooth or was it sanded smooth? i would like to see that scuff mark up close. anyway we could meet up so that i can see it in person?

 

as far as i know it was the sock bumper cap off a tahoe, so smooth. but it will have to be this weekend, i'll be out of town next wensday for 2 weeks,
