Actually, I'm not sure any more lift would be helpful without heads or F/I, so you're golden AFAIC.

I would say 10-15HP all over, and maybe 20HP peak. But it will be noticeable HP, and I think you'll like it.


Ok, so you guys have me convinced. I am going to press on with my install today and start here in a couple of hours when the Old Lady gets away from here. She doesn't have to know that this is going down If I start at 9 I should be done by 3 I would think. Never done a cam swap on a lsx motor before but I can do one on a big block chevy in about 5-6 hours. Nothing like racing against the clock of the old lady. And if you don't think you can get it done on time you have to pick up and hide your tools and clean up everything and close the hood and just tell her "I just don't feel like driving tonight honey"
