Whipple Installation

Whipple is going-in this weekend.
Been doing my homework, reading the instructions and identifying locations in the engine compartment. Trying to plan and visualize the process. Most everything seems straightforward.
Can someone describe in detail exactly what I need to be doing to the driver side coil bracket? I know it needs to be cut but I can't picture it yet. Maybe once I get all the pieces installed.
Looking for any other information on where the tripping hazards may be. Would hate to have to re-invent the wheel.

i had to get a huge allen socket for the new crank pully bolt, you might need one of those if it was like mine and it seems like i had to use an impact tool to get the old one off and the new one back on.

I didn't have to do anything to the coil bracket, so I can't help you there.
A couple of hints:
Buy three allen bolts ( 8mm x 25mm ) to mount the throttle body to the compressor. The instructions want you to reuse the studs from the manifold, but thats stupid.
Also, chain yout crank pulley to the frame so it wont turn. The instructions tell you to wedge the pulley w/ a bar, but I couldn't get that to hold. I used some chain from the bottom.
Do the throttle body coolant bypass free mod, and you won't have to use the longer hoses to route the colant to the throttle body.

Giving myself the weekend to install but hoping it is done on Saturday so that Sunday can be used for driving/enjoying.

I didn't have to do any mods to the coil bracket either. I swapped the valve covers side to side about a week before the kit came in so that is something you could do ahead of time. The wrench to remove the crank bolt is a 14mm allen socket. You might look at the TB to Whipple adapter housing-mine was way off (the hole in the TB and the adapter weren't lined up-had to do a little port matching-this would be easier to do before you install the blower.
