Default where to buy EGR blockoff

I have some longtubes, and i got a tune and the EGR is turned off, but i only had a block off plate for the header, and not the intake manifold, so i just left everything bolted on it. Where can i get a plate, a gasket, and a bolt to block off the EGR on the intake?

just get an expandable rubber freeze plug and stick it in there... thats how mine has been for a couple years now with no problems.

My set came with one too!

And can expect any minor gains from losing the restriction in the intake? or is it really just to clean up the engine bay?
