i have ls1edit and it apears to me that it can eliminate TM. at least on a 99. there is a table called max timing retard, it can pull your timing all the way back to -10deg, if you cange it to +10 then the timing stays in the positive numbers during the shift. i only see about 10deg ever at WOT, you may have to switch the table to something like 20deg to keep full timing.

there is alot of TM tables in ls1edit, i never changed any of them, just the "max timing retard" table". the only other thing this effeced was there is another table called IAT(intake air temp) vs load timing reduction, something like that. it doesn't work anymore because of the change to the other table but it didn't even kick in untill the IAT was 100deg or so so no big deal.
