do the header bolts need to be fastened using a torque wrench?
do the gaskets have to be greased or anything? should i get copper ones instead of using the supplied ones?
i have heard people put anti-seize on the bolts? is that a good idea?

thanks

Header bolts need to be torqued to spec. Do a search or someone will chime in, I forgot the specs. Re-use your stock metal gaskets, no grease. If they are over 2 years old, I would replace them with OEM, but the stockers work great. I would replace the spark plugs while you have the exhaust manifolds off, makes it simple. NGK TR55 gapped @ .50-.60 work good (assuming your stock, ie. no supercharger or nitrous). Use anti seize on the plugs. I would use anti seize on the header bolts too. After your done, make sure your plug wires are not touching your headers. You will be able to push or pull them out of the way. Thats about all I can remember right now. Hope that helps.
