Default went back to the dyno today, After cam swap

well I went to a dyno GTG from the DTW site. They had invited me to join them over at Flat Rate Performance in Pearland.
still havnt got any tuning done for the cam havnt had time.
but I was well please with the numbers, on just a cam swap, and no tuning

old dyno numbers before the swap where
HP = 258.2
TQ = 253.4

this was at 91.4*F 30.17-0.90 in.Hg. 0ft. CF=1.01 rpm/mph = 78
new numbers, after the cam swap.... no tuning except for just to get it running.
HP = 268.3
TQ = 325.5

this was at 95.6*F 29.94-0.76 in.Hg. CF=1.02 rpm/mph 47.05

I also got the MPH recorded on the dyno.
max MPH was 148MPH

the Dyno was a DynoJet dynometer.

I am very happy with these numbers. and believe 13's are in reach on all motor
I will be making a trip to Allen in a few weeks to get it all worked out

That's hella torque for a 4.8. My 212/218 setup put 272/262 to the tires. Good job Daniel!

I forgot to add that this was an all gear pull.
I did a second pull from third gear and my HP numbers where the same, but the tq was a bit lower. but still higher than my HP, and my old tq numbers.

Hey Daniel, Where is Flat Rate Performance? On 518, close to Broadway(Telephone)? I was over that way a few hours ago and saw a load of Rams running around and thought there might have been a meet going on. What all does Flat Rate Performance do? I have never heard of them.

it is off of Telephone rd. but closer to Beltway 8. about a mile off the beltway
They mainly specialize in Ford Performance. Cobras, mustangs, and Lightnings.
I have a friend that works over there, and has expressed interest in working on Gm tuning.. He tunes the Lightnings now. there where I think about 10 Ram trucks there, I was the only chevy there. and was the second highest in the HP. there was a Ram there that used to have a V^ in it and he droped in a 5.7L and turned out 282 Ponies. I do believe he is running on the gas tho.
I will be going back over to him to it Dynoed again, in a few months. hell maybe I could even get a dyno day set up for us. I would have to talk to him tho , and see how many of you guys, would be interested.
I would probably need about 10-15 trucks. there to be able to do it.
