Default Welded flanges on your pacesetters

How many people welded three bolt flanges with gaskets on there pacesetter to ORY pipe to get a better seal then the slip fit. How did it work for you?And was there any welding issues with the coated headers. just trying wanting to make this a for sure seal that wont leak all the time like I here from some guys who just used the slip fit... THANKS

I have flanges, but I'm not running gaskets. It doesn't leak at all.

The v-bands are sweet though.

91 bowtie you have a donut gasket i would think. I didnt even think about using the pacesetter clamps, i ordered the 2 bolt stainless dynatechs from summit. Them pacesetter clamps are pretty shitty. Iv had mine on around a month with no leaking.

no. It's flange on flange, and seals well.
