did you use one copper per side? one side holds for me but the other won't seal

the exaust guy suggensted a copper sandwhiched between to mapers or 2 coppers. anyone think this would work. bec i might try a ball and socket or just remove them

the ball and socket flanges work well. or you could try 2 copper gaskets per side sandwiched together.
