waterpump option for fast or ls6 intake?

Didn't someone post up that using a waterpump off the newer 07-up trucks and Tahoe/Yukon would work without having to modify anything?

the part number they listed for that pump on ebay 12580035 is the part number for the water pump gaskets

Whats up man, honestly i think that is a GTO pump, which the pulley is actually mounted closer inwards than the Fbody pump... What are you going to do to get it to line up with the stock accessories?

I think you are right. I found a good pic of a truck pump next to an c5 pump, and it is not what I thought it was. oh well at least its brand new. I think I will try and find some spacers like the 944 porshe guy posted a link for, or sell it and look for another option later. I plan on using the stock intake for the break in period anyways.
