You should ask Dantheman1540 about Pac 1218 singles in his Tahoe. Although it didn't cost him a motor like MikeGyver...

I got very lucky, it died at idle OMW to work. The valve bounced 4 or 5 times off the piston before it lodged itself in the head. Not using singles anymore!
