Default Underdrive Pulleys

how much would underdrive pulleys really help a cammed up 6.0l and are they worth the money or would it be best not to mess with them.

When Allen put mine on in May we did a dino run before and after, I gained 7rwhp and 10 rwtq I believe. I think that they are worth the $$.

7/10 for 300 bucks not worth it IMO at all unless there are some cheaper ones out there that i have not seen.
