Default Underdrive pulleys

Are they worth it, is it necessary to get all of them or should I just get the crank pulley? If I also get the alternator pulley would I see a loss of voltage?

Get the crank pulley... It is worth about 12rwhp. Your voltage will go down @ idle but its no biggie. I have not had any issues even with a big sound system.
