are the performance underdive pulley's worth gettin or they jus a waste of time and money????????????

if you get them let me know cause i'm wanted to do that myself but the kit is almost 300 bones i doubt it would be worth the money

im wonderin the same thing....whats a better performance gain LS1-fans or a pulley for the 5.3l? im puttin some 325/60/18s on my 04z71 soon and im thinkin one of these mods will help some with the power loss to the bigger tires i have a k&n intake and programmer now.

They both do the same. The E-fans withdraw drag from the engine, the pulley does the same by slowing down your accessories. It's a matter of what you want to do. You would probably spend around the same with either if you do the fan install the right way (with harness and program and all)

if you spent 300 on your fans you got severely ripped.... unless they came stock on your truck.

I didn't spend 300 on my fans but neither on my pulley. If you spent 300 on the pulley then you got ripped. Fans you can get them for 100 at a junkyard straight of and ls1 maro or bird plus 75 for the harness and retune to turn them on at what ever temp you need, and if you read right i said about the same not the same down to the penny...

I didnt give dick for my electric fans, and built my own wiring harness for them. and I DONT have an UD pulley... I was simply making a statement that if anyone (not necessarily you specifically) paid $300 for fans, then, in the words of Howie "You made a bad deal"
