Default trouble finding 02 simms

im having trouble finding 02 simmulators for my 05 chevy with a 4.8..
where can i buy or find one.. can i use the simms for a ls1 camaro etc..

Yeah good luck with that. They have quit making 02 Simulators because of it infringing on the federal law of tampering with a federal regulated emission device.

You may find them used.

They are going to run you between $180 to $230. Just get you a custom tune and you won't need the simmulators.

I've seen sims on eBay that relocate the sensor further back out of the pipe. Kind of like a washer between the pipe so the sensor does get a reading, but not a complete one. Haven't heard how well they work though.

They go bad after awhile. They don't have a great shelf life. That's why I had mine turned off when I got Allen @ Nelson Performance to tune my PCM.

I agree. Get them tuned out. It'll be cheaper and you won't have to worry about them going bad.
