I agree Thunder 2k1, mine will actually chirp the tires downshifting from 2nd to 1st but never when upshifting from 1st to 2nd.
I think that post is BS also.
But where can I buy this corvette servo. I really want one if it installs that easily.

After I installed the Trans-go shift kit, mine would occationally slip during the 2-3 shift. I then swapped servo piston from part number 553 to 093. This piston setup has a smaller diameter. I got mine from a local tranny shop. They knew exactly what was going on. Apparently trnny shops make a good living off the 4L60's

Truck has stock Firestone Wilderness A/T tires 265/75/16 (22,000 miles on 'em) and 3.73 gears and it DOES chirp on 1-2 (not all of the time). Did it from the first day I installed the HPP. Whether you care to believe it or not I personally don't care. I have better things to do with my time then argue about something you don't believe to be true....like work on my 600 rwhp '96 Z28 (but of course that car is BS too!!) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
