Default Is this a torque Convertor Drain?

If you take this metel cover off what is under it?

Does it have a drain for the covertor if you take it off?

Alot of the ford tranny have this then you can rotate the engine until you see a drain plug...

No, it's just an access hole. Well, not really access, but if you take it off you can just look in there. The converter doesn't have a drain hole.

When I installed my tranny, I used that access hole to push the converter back, spin the converter and also to spin the FP when bolting it up. I also used the smaller access hole a little farther back to push the converter up to the FP once I was ready to bolt the converter up.
