No the late late 00's do or for safe sake 01 and after have them. But not only that they have a shorter crankshaft snout.. So just save alot of headaches and track down a 01 or later.

05 and later have ls2 internals in both the lq4 and lq9.
99-00 had Iron heads and Longer Crank. 01+ aluminum heads

I think that was posted on page 1 as well, Now just trying to figure out which lq4 I want. Probably the 05 and later since they have ls2 internals and aluminum heads if i'm reading correctly.
