Default relocate coils into cowl???

In this picture I believe these are the coils in the cowl, right? Has anyone else attempted this? I am in the middle of cleaning up my engine bay and this is next on my list! Please help me! Coils gotta go!

I thought they put coils on the valve covers for a reason? shorter distance... less resistance... ?

edit: try the firewall location, I've seen that, not as ridiculous to get wires on and what not and still looks good

I'd only consider that for show, not go.

Also makes troubleshooting a misfire a PITA.

No thanks......

+1...I personally don't feel that having the coils on the valve covers even looks that bad really, but that's just my opinion

nice looking truck. if you REALLY want to clean up under the hood, start scrapping together a set of LS1 accessories, and put an LS1 style intake on there and throw some vette valve covers on there.

or get some 3 piece engine covers that will cover everything.

Your front bumper is crooked.

Consider some coil covers, like these. https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=452735
