Not familiar with tuning but i woukd assume ignv is ignition voltage or battery voltage and kpa vac is vacuum in kilopascals which i would assume you would need to convert to whatever the pressure delta is measured in

I am having problems finding the correct injector data as the tunes for a gen IV injector data is listed as "injector offset vs pressure delta vs IGNV" and for the gen III trucks it's listed as "injector offset vs battery voltage vs KPA VAC". I am using some data from an 06 TBSS truck but these are not flex fuel injectors. I have a feeling that this is most of my issue. I'll keep looking around but if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. The injectors I am using are PN 12594512.
Or you can use 06 GMT 800 truck flex fuel data if it's at a constant 58 psi.

Happy to report the issue has been resolved. Brought the truck to a friend with a tuner shop that knew what he was doing. After adjusting my injector offset, flow rates, MAF and VE table, he determined that my #3 cylinder was firing sporadically. Turns out the plug was bad. That, along with all the adjustments has the truck running good again. Thank God that is finally over. On to better days... Hoping to go to the track this Sunday to test the performance.

86iroc yes it is the easiest route, theres another filter i wanna say from a cobalt or cavalier that would possibly work too but i am not sure it has the regulator in it, and the vette filter comes eoth its own mounting tab....

Time slips before and after
For those who were interested, here are my time slips. The test vehicle is a 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT 6.0L LQ9 AWD truck with 185k miles. I have a volant cold air induction and a custom tune in both instances. The left slip is with my 75mm stock intake, stock 24lb injectors, 45psi fuel pressure, 78mm throttle body with a TB adapter plate (3 bolt to 4bolt TB) and the torque rush x-link cable. The right slip is today's run with the 87mm NNBS ported intake, same 78mm TB, xlink but running 36lb flex fuel injectors at 58psi fuel pressure. I only swapped fuel,pressures and injectors because my old fuel rail would not go over the taller intake and my stock injectors were too short. Results were .179 quicker ET and 2.56 more mph in the 1/4 mile. The truck does not come close to spinning the tires off the line and being AWD, no burnout was needed. The mph was about what I expected but I was hoping for a little better increase in ET but Ill take what I can get. The motor could be freshened up and heads reworked for more improvements but it's not in the budget right now. The motor made 345 flywheel HP from the factory but I'm probably only making 360 flywheel HP right now after all my mods and the wear & tear on it.
