In theory, if you correct both times with that calculator - you can quantify the results better. Not sure how much different the weather was each time, but correcting the ETs rules out any gain or loss due to weather conditions.
Your set up is very stock, and it still picked up MPH and dropped ET. Looks like it is a really worthwhile mod for someone like me, even with a mild set up. (Cam only/bolt on LQ4) The jury is still out on how good it is for a 4.8 or 5.3, but seems like it works great on a six liter.

I did this same swap about 6 years ago on my '06 5.3L Z-71 with a torque cam, LT headers, CAI, MSD coils, etc and had similar results (about .2 in ET and 1.5 MPH). In both instances, throttle response increased noticeably. I think my current setup would benefit greater once I put my long tube headers on and swap out the cam. Not sure if I want to do a cam swap without doing a fresh rebuild.
