Any information/pictures pertaining to the fuel rail you used?

I used a NNBS rail with the corvette filter and 36 lb flex fuel injectors. My setup is just like the one in this picture. I retuned it for the new setup but am still having the spitting and sputtering issue that I can't figure out.

Got it, I have a 2011 intake and fuel rails that I want to swap onto my 2001. Trying to decide on the best option for fuel rails.

58 lbs at idle. I found a gauge I think is long enough to check it while running down the road. I'll see what it does tomorrow. I'll probably end up replacing the rubber hose eventually as it popped off once already.

I am having problems finding the correct injector data as the tunes for a gen IV injector data is listed as "injector offset vs pressure delta vs IGNV" and for the gen III trucks it's listed as "injector offset vs battery voltage vs KPA VAC". I am using some data from an 06 TBSS truck but these are not flex fuel injectors. I have a feeling that this is most of my issue. I'll keep looking around but if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. The injectors I am using are PN 12594512.
