Rain is NP with the smaller setup but I made a post the other day about that if you want more info.

Once I get the snorkle kit on I'll post pics of it for you guys that live in really harsh regions.

Im not to worried about the rain. I wouldnt floor it in a lake like some people (see pic below). I would want to have a set up similar to yours. Taking on turbo lag with the mighty 4.8 just to use the nitrous to spray it away.

To you have any photos of the new sink trap looking pipe?

I have seen PUREVL in person. They havent even scratched the surface with that thing. Wait and see what it makes once they put a real tune in it.

I don't have any pics of the new pipe.

Here is a discarded pic where you can see the offending pipe they way it used to sit. I have not installed the new one yet due to length differences after my FMIC so I am just gonna have Rick do it when we swap the motor.

It's right behind the front tire on the passenger side.

With the new pipe you wont even see it. It tucks around a corner of the frame nice and slick.

You and me both. I was kind peved when I found out I couldn't clim curbs as carefree as before. LOL

Rest assured though. The new pipe doesn't even hang down below the body line. It actually tucks in the frame rail area. You will still see it inside the wheelwell though which I know yuou also didn't like :p Just paint it black and it will blend LOL

Look at the other kits when they first came out. There is usually a learning curve on how to program for the kit to get the best results. As time goes by I bet we will begin to see some good time slips begin to imerge.

Hey man, I really like your truck. Just had a quick question. When you installed your FMIC who did all your piping? Did you have a local exhaust shop do it?
