$650 shipped

2800 stall LS1 Fbody converter. It has never been installed, the box had never been opened until pictures were taken. $650 shipped to the lower 48 states. The best part is by buying it you get a two year warranty out and free restall so you can stall it up to what ever you would like for FREE!!!

this may be worth looking into
its at FLP garage section

$400-$450 if I recall. It was slightly used, but still had a free restall. Buying it was one of the few newbie things I did.

if that is a vig verter in that box then they are set up to application. that will not stall to the right rpm in his app. the weight is going to throw it off. i to went to a vig 2800 in mine when i did the 80e swap and i love it. when it locks(IT LOCKS!!!!). it is slao very streetable. and they can set it up to your liking. i have the 9 1/2 incher in mine.

its gonna be a while before i get any tranny stuff i go on deployment soon. and when i get back its on (hopefully) i just want everything to be as strong as possible so that no matter how much more power i make i don't hafta worry about the trans and tc.
right now i'm just trying to research and research and............... so i know what i want and where to get it when i get back so i can just get it and not have to worried about getting screwed or screwing myself.

oh BTW i am not a moron i know the weight of a truck is much different than that of a f-bod you just asked for an opinion and i gave you mine which is that bang for buck you cannot beat the performance of a TCI converter and that they flash really well but they are also loose so if you ever decide to tow anything with it it would not be a good idea

i'd recomend the 3000 stall from vigilante. the 10.5" triple disc converter. for puchasing i recomend going directly through vigilante so you don't get an off the shelf version, you get one built specificly for your truck. i've ordered a few this way and they always perform as intended.
